DXI have a breadth of experience in the construction of adoptable and client specified sewers, pipelines and road networks. Working within both the industrial and urban housing development sectors, our teams will install surface water systems, foul drainage, and frequently install flood alleviation systems, and within ground water retention storage solutions. Our roadworks team constructs all classes of roads and pavements. We manage everything from the initial sub-base and capping layers to the final asphalt and surfacing. We also install all kerbs, edgings, and street furniture. This includes lighting and signage.
Our road construction is most frequently associated with a wider development package, providing access into construction sites, primary and secondary roads within housing developments and access to remote land packages.
We also manage and deliver Section 278 works liaising closely with our clients, the local authorities, and controlling our integrated construction team along with our sub-contractor network, to ensure that consented and permitted works are completed in a timely and professional manner.
